1. First go to the Apple App store and download the Google Drive app.

2. Open up the Google Drive app and sign into your Google Account. If you didn't already know, you already have a Google account with your student email account. So if you wanted to use that account you would just use your student email and password to sign in. For example: If my name was John Smith and my username was jsmith1234, my student email would be jsmith1234@scc.stanly.edu.



3. Once signed in tap the red plus button at the bottom right of the screen.

4.Next tap Upload.

5. Next tap Photos and Videos.

6. Next tap the video you want to upload then tap the check mark at the top right of the screen.

7. The status of your upload will show both at the top and bottom of the screen. (Note: It may take some time depending on how long your video is and the speed of your internet connection. You may have to start the upload then come back to it later).

8. Once your video has finished uploading it will show up within the list of the items in your Google Drive account.

1. Login to your Google Drive account. If you don't already know, you have a Google account through your student email account. To sign in just go to https://www.google.com/drive/, (click that link or click the picture below), and click Go to Google Drive.

2. Next login with your normal Google account. If you are using your student email account, your email will be your username with @scc.stanly.edu at the end of it. For example: If my username was jsmith1234 then my email would be jsmith1234@scc.stanly.edu. After you enter your email and click Next, you will be directed to a Stanly Community College login screen where you will enter your username and password. Then just click Submit.


3. You will then be logged into your Google Drive. To upload a video to your Google Drive start by clicking the New button.

4. Next, from that drop down menu, click File Upload.

5. Find and select your video then click Open.

6. You can see the progress of your video upload in the bottom right of the screen. (Note: Your video may take longer to upload depending on the length of the video and your internet connection speed).

7. It will say your video has uploaded in the same place.

8. Once your video has uploaded it will show up in your Google Drive.
