Students that are currently enrolled at Stanly Community College, or have been enrolled within the last two semesters, can request an Official Transcript from Web Advisor. To request an official transcript, you will need to go to www.stanly.edu and then select the link at the top of the page that says Web Advisor.
Once you get to the Web Advisor page, you will need to select the Login option at the bottom right corner of the page.
You will then be prompted to enter your SCC username and password. This would be the same username and password that you use to login to Moodle and Student Email.
Once you are logged into Web Advisor, you will need to click on the link that says Curriculum Students.
Once you are in the Curriculum Students Menu, you can select Transcript Request. It is listed under the Academic Profile on the right of the screen.
You will then be taken to the transcript request form.Once this form is completed, you can click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Your transcript will then be mailed to the address that you specified on the form.
If it has been more than two semesters since you attended Stanly Community College, you will not be to access Web Advisor to request a transcript. You can still request an official transcript by filling out a transcript request form that is available online. You can access the form selecting the following link: https://www.stanly.edu/sites/default/files/pdf/2016/transcript_request_form.pdf This will take you to the transcript request form that you can print and fill out. Once you have the form completed and signed, you can fax the form to the Admissions Office at 704-991-0255. You can also bring the form in person to the Admissions Office, or mail it to the following address:
