If you are in any of the Cisco Networking courses at Stanly Community College and need assistance with Netlabs please contact your instructor. We apologize, but Tech Support cannot help with Netlabs. The instructors set up and manage Netlabs and will be the only ones that can assist you with it. You can use Jmail in your course in Moodle to contact your instructor. Also, you will find the instructor's contact information in the course syllabus in Moodle. If you cannot get logged in then you will need to contact your instructor to gain access. Also, in most cases directions on how to log into Netlabs will be posted somewhere on the main page of your course in Moodle.
If you need technical assistance, then please contact SCC Tech Support by calling 704-991-0222, sending an email to email@example.com, or through live chat. You can access chat by going to https://helpdesk.stanly.edu and look for the “Let’s talk” chat box located in the bottom right hand of the screen as shown below. SCC Tech Support normal hours are from 7:00am to 8:00pm Monday through Friday.
