1. Go to https://helpdesk.stanly.edu and select the Signup link towards the top right of the screen.
2. Fill in the given boxes with your full name, Stanly Community College email, and select Register button.
(Please do not use your username for your full name)
3. Freshdesk will send an email notification containing an activation URL to your registered email address. You will need to select the activation link to confirm your email and setup your new Freshdesk password.
4. Enter in your new Freshdesk account password and select the Activate and Login button to login.
If successfully you will be presented with the Stanly Community College Freshdesk page. Select the Check Ticket Status button to see your tickets.

You can access chat by going to https://helpdesk.stanly.edu and look for the Let’s talk chat box located in the bottom right hand of the screen.
