Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 allows you to join a wireless network before logging into a computer. This can be very useful when you sign into a computer with wireless capability for the first time, and a wired connection is not available. This can also be useful to login to SCC laptop computers that are on carts and have Windows 8.1 installed.
