Please keep in mind that WebAdvisor/Moodle/Student E-mail all share the same username and password. If you change your password using the change password page, then it will change for all services. Your username will always stay the same unless your name changes.
To reset your password online go to https://stanly.freshdesk.com/support/home and select the SCC Password Reset button.
Below shows the change password page. You can change your password here by using your Student ID Number or Social Security Number. Select the option that will work best for you.
Be sure to use all lower case letters in your username and do not leave spaces in your name or at the end of the name when enter it into the fields. Below is an example of how it should look and once done select the Submit button. If you are a VMware student or Continuing Education student, then you may need to use your student ID number to reset the password. You can recover the 7 digit student ID number from the original email you receive from the college providing you the login.
On the Change Password page, enter your new password and confirm it. The password requirements are listed at the top of the change password page as shown below. Once done, select the Change Password button to change the password. (SCC Employees remember to update the password on your office PC, phone, tablet, or iPad for SCC wireless and email.)
I don’t know my username or Student ID number? Obtain your Stanly Community College Username by going to https://webadvisor.stanly.edu and selecting the "What is my user ID?" link in the bottom-right corner. Enter your last name and your Social Security Number and click Submit. The next page will provide you the User ID (Username) and explain how the default password works to login for new users.
